Already said “Your food should be remedies and your remedies should be food!” How is this to be implemented today? With an unmanageable amount of dietary forms and nutritional guidelines, one can be quickly overwhelmed. What is healthy? Vegetarian, vegan, organic or regional? For me, holistic nutritional advise means to advise you individually about your needs and everyday situations. You will learn to quickly incorporate health-promoting tricks into your everyday life so that you are adequately supplied with the most important nutrients, vitamins and minerals.

We define your nutritional goal together and I accompany and advise you step by step so that you can reach your goal with much joy and pleasure. I do not like extreme diet forms. My goal is to lead you to a healthy eating behavior in the long term. Did you know that you can prevent diabetes mellitus and other civilization diseases with a healthy diet?
