I find reflection time very soul nourishing, which in turn feeds my body and all my cells as well.

As a naturopath and especially during CRANIO sessions there is healing soul to soul connection happening.

Actually I am just providing and holding the space and guiding the client.
💕
The healing is really doing the client when ready and usually when the soul is strong enough to process.
💕
Guiding thru the process is my souls purpose. Showing up to serve is the spirit.
